Last Sunday we featured a new practice video article on VolleyBrains.com

In that article coach Hambly went over a double preseason training day of his team, the Stanford Cardinal Women's volleyball program.

It's obvious that during the preseason a lot of emphasis was put on integrating freshmen, being clear about tactics, fine-tuning hits, overall technical work, and so on...
